On June 30th 2015 an extra second was added to the world's atomic clock, a leap second. To showcase the breadth of the Android community and demonstrate what they're capable of when they come together, we created Leap Second, the world's biggest smallest campaign. As part of the creative team at Rolling Stone we got some of the top names in music together to record and submit a 1-second video showing how they spent their extra second. Android users from around the world quickly followed suit. We then added it all together and cut the best ones into a film, released the next day.
